New Chitose Airport(Budget Rental Car)

Access

Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the Budget Rent-a-Car counter near arrival gate 3 on the 1st floor.
Reservations are not required; a free shuttle bus (approximately 15 minutes) will take you to the store.
When returning the vehicle, please return it to the store. Afterward, we will provide transportation back to the airport.
*Direct return (one-way rental) at the airport is not available.

★Directions from the arrival gate to the counter
・ANA / Air Do / Peach ⇒ Exit the arrival gate and turn left
・JAL / Skymark / FDA / Jetstar / Spring Airlines ⇒ After arrival, take the outside walkway and turn right
*The outside walkway passes the shuttle bus stop, but you cannot wait for the bus directly. Please check in at the counter first. *Staff will not be present after 5 PM.
Please complete the check-in process using the tablet at the counter and wait nearby.

★For customers using our services during Golden Week and summer
During Golden Week and summer, from 9:00 to 17:00, the shuttle bus will depart from a temporary bus stop. It will not stop at the usual bus stop, so please be sure to complete your registration at the counter. You may have to wait during peak hours (10:00 to 11:30). If you have difficulty walking, or are using a stroller or cart, please inform us at registration.

★For international passengers:
Please check in using the tablet located at the AVIS Budget counter on the 1st floor of the international terminal, and wait nearby.

Others 

・We cannot store customers’ private vehicles.
・We do not accept advance shipment of luggage to the store.

・Studless tires are standard equipment
　(Applicable period: Around November to around May).
・Tire chain rentals are not available at our store
＊Hokkaido Expressway Pass (HEP) is available at this store
