Information for insurance of MIRAIs Rent a Car
Basic Package is included in the rental fee.
Details are as follows:
・ Bodily Injury Liability: Unlimited
・ Property Damage Liability: Unlimited (Deductible: JPY 100,000)
・ Vehicle Damage Coverage: Unlimited (Deductible: JPY 100,000)
・ Personal Injury Protection: Up to JPY 30,000,000 per person (up to seating capacity)
Please note:
The coverage may not apply in case of violation of our rental agreement or exemptions stated in the insurance policy, as well as situations where a police accident report cannot be obtained.
In cases of severe violations of our rental agreement or legal regulations, the coverage and insurance policy may be excluded, even if the disclaimer compensation system is in effect.
If multiple accidents occur during a single rental, the liability amount may increase further.
Other charges:
Non-Operation Charge (NOC):
20,000 yen for self-return,
50,000 yen for non-self-return
Not covered:
tire punctures or bursts, damage to tire wheels and wheel caps, cracks or damages to the glass caused by flying stones or objects, damage or loss of in-car equipment (excluding damage caused by accidents)
Please note that even if the vehicle is returned by the renter, a charge of 50,000 yen may apply in case of a serious accident.

・ Personal injury coverage: Limit of 1 person, up to 30 million yen (up to the maximum capacity)
