Please be advised that due to internal staff training, our office will be closed from April 13 to April 15, 2026.
◆ Notice of Shortened Business Hours ◆
On April 12 and April 16, 2026, our business hours will be 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
◆Memanbetsu Airport◆
After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the staff member holding a “Budget Rent a Car” sign.　*Staff are not stationed on site.
As staff may be temporarily away for pick-up or drop-off services, if you do not see any staff, please contact our office.
When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your arrival flight information.
After meeting at the airport, we will take you to our office by shuttle bus (about 10 minutes).
After returning the vehicle, we provide shuttle service from our office to the airport.
However, as return times may overlap, you may be asked to wait briefly.
Please allow sufficient time before your flight when returning the vehicle.
◆JR Memanbetsu Station◆
Customers who wish to be picked up at JR Memanbetsu Station are requested to call the office in advance to inform us of their arrival time.
A shuttle vehicle with a “Budget Rent a Car” magnet will pick you up at the station rotary.
After meeting, you will be guided to our office (approximately 10 minutes).
After returning the vehicle, we provide shuttle service from our office to the airport or JR Memanbetsu Station.
As return times may overlap, you may be asked to wait briefly.
Please return the vehicle with sufficient time to spare. 

Others

・When making a reservation, please be sure to provide and inform us of your arriving flight information.
・Payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, PayPay, au PAY, d Payment, Rakuten Pay, Merpay, WeChat Pay, Alipay+
・We offer a vehicle storage service for customers’ private cars.
Limit: one vehicle per group.
・Please move your vehicle to the location designated by our staff.
・Parking inside a carport is not available.
・Your car key will be kept by our staff during the rental period.
・During winter, vehicles may be moved for snow removal purposes.
・Studless (winter) tires are provided as standard equipment
