Car Pick-up, Return Procedures and Usage Regulations
(I) Car Pick-up Procedures

  1. Store Check-in: Visit the store to pick up the car, and the staff will explain the "Car Rental Notes" in detail.
  2. Contract Signing: Fill out the "Car Rental Contract".
  3. Document Submission and Payment Settlement:
    • Provide documents corresponding to your nationality for photocopying and filing, and pay the remaining rental fee.
    • Pay a security deposit of NT$10,000 (refunded within approximately 28-45 working days after the car is returned smoothly).
    • Document Requirements:
      • Taiwan Residents: National ID Card and valid driver’s license (cash rental available).
      • Foreign Nationals: Valid IDP (International Driving Permit), passport, AE/VISA/MASTER/JCB credit card or UnionPay card, visa or residence permit (valid for more than 6 months), or entry-exit certificate.
      • Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau Residents: Valid Hong Kong driver’s license or IDP, Mainland passport, AE/VISA/MASTER/JCB credit card or UnionPay card, and Taiwan Entry Permit.
      • Japanese Nationals: Japanese driver’s license and its translation, AE/VISA/MASTER/JCB credit card, and entry-exit certificate.

(II) Joint Vehicle Inspection and Delivery

  1. Before departure, the staff will accompany you to inspect the car, record and take photos of the vehicle’s condition in detail, which will be documented in the "Car Rental Slip".
  2. After confirmation, the customer signs for receipt, and the car will be delivered.

(III) Joint Vehicle Inspection and Return

  1. When returning the car, the staff will accompany you to inspect the car, and the relevant information will be recorded in the "Car Rental Contract".
  2. After confirmation, the customer signs for receipt and pays additional fees (highway tolls via ETC, mileage fees, etc.).
  3. Finally, an invoice will be issued (all inclusive of tax; please inform us if a unified tax ID is required); ETC is a collected fee and no additional invoice will be issued.

(IV) Usage Regulations

A. Prohibited Items

  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking and betel nut chewing are prohibited
  • Littering or leaving the vehicle dirty is prohibited
  • A cleaning fee of at least NT$2,000 will be charged if the vehicle does not meet cleaning standards

B. Fuel and Highway Tolls

  • Fuel must be refilled to the original level at pick-up
  • Highway tolls must be paid upon return

C. Mileage Limits and Fees

  • Limit: 400km/day
  • Overage fee: NT$2 per additional kilometer
